I'll be posting more about this in a bit in my own space, but I had to deal with this from (effectively) the managerial perspective last week and it fucking sucked. (not at work, at a group I'm in, but anyway.) it's so hard. especially when you are a woman going up against a cis white guy.

but I did it. and if i, tiny terrified panic monkey that I am, can do it, then cis straight white dudes can do it too, fuck's sake.
