Something I've noticed about Final Fantasy XII, mainly from the bestiary entries in the Clan Primer, is that there is a whole lot of necromancy going on. This is a bit of a stretch, but I wonder if Ultima's abdication from her role as a psychopomp has anything to do with all of the zombies and skeletons and liches running around...?
I will admit that, in an attempt to find the post you're referring to, I've spent some quality time on your Final Fantasy XII over the past week or so. But I couldn't find it! I would definitely appreciate a direct link, because I'm 99% ready to move on to the next game.
