Chicago is such a beautiful city. It's way too cold for me, but I always enjoy myself when I visit. It's good to know that it's still affordable!

If it weren't, though, I wonder where people would go. Like, when New York got too expensive, people went to Philadelphia. When Seattle got too expensive, people went to Portland. If Chicago got too expensive, where would people go?

This is totally a rhetorical question, so there's no pressure to answer, but if there actually is an answer I'd love to know what it is.
