The dollar-to-pound exchange rate isn't great right now, so I wasn't able to afford more than a handful of comics. I considered reaching out to some of the artists to ask for review copies, but it's tough to guarantee a formally published review (that has to go through editing, proofing, scheduling, etc) with such a short turnaround time. I made a note on my writing scheduling document to free up more time and money for the event next year, because the ShortBox comics are consistently excellent.
