Actually, why wait to start posting?
I can't remember the last time I've been excited to do something, and 2020 seems like a bad time to wait to do anything.
I think I'm going to post everything as one story, however long it may (or may not) get. If I can manage to make it to the second story arc, I'll simply label each arc in the chapter titles.
