I had some people over for Thanksgiving, and one of their kids destroyed my desk chair. It was a cheap chair, but it was perfect and I loved it with all my heart. I haven't replaced it because I was dreading the prospect of going to get another one. For more than a month now I wasn't able to bring myself to do it, so I finally bit the bullet and paid someone else to do it for me. After two men show up at my door to give me a three-pound parcel of plastic, they will walk back down the hallway making jokes about rich people.
I am not rich, but I will pay $80 not to have to go to Ikea. I hate that place.
