Once Again Wind Waking, Part Two
Mar. 26th, 2021 09:28 amI'm thinking that maybe I should reconsider how I'm approaching my Wind Waker book. It would be good to organize the chapters according to themes. I'm not sure what these themes are going to be, though, so I guess I'll start with what I most want to talk about.
Which is obviously Ganondorf
Which is Koroks! And how they function as a complicated and multivalent symbol of respect and appreciation for the natural world.
Maybe the appeal of how the world of the game is postapocalyptic would be a good direction to take that conversation, but let's do this one step at a time.
Anyway, I've been playing The Wind Waker for the past few days, and damn it is so good. For some reason I always forget, but this game is pure unadulterated joy.
