What I spent most of my time doing this week was preparing a paper to present at a conference in Slovenia. On Monday I’m going to fly to Amsterdam (because it’s cheap), rent a car (because it’s cheap), and drive to Ljubljana (see previous). While I’m driving through the woods, I sure hope that no vampires, witches, or werewolves emerge from the trees to ravish me.
