I love to hate social media, but it has its uses. While I appreciate the Zine Fest's commitment to analog media, I also think one of the best ways to support independent artists is to promote the events where they exhibit their work. How were people supposed to know the Zine Fest was happening if they didn't announce it anywhere?
Idk man. Everything about the event felt very last-minute, and I hope the organizers are doing okay. I should write them an email expressing my appreciation as soon as work settles down.
