This was really neat to read because I was loosely aware of the basic tenets of Gnosticism (thanks, Mage: the Ascension tabletop!) but not the through-line to Lovecraft, and also knew Madame Blavatsky's name but not her whole, uh, deal. Thank you for sharing!
