Oof, I hope the agent is okay. We had a few "nnnnnot this one" moments when we were house shopping (Including the worst layout I have ever personally seen in a house with two of three bedrooms directly off the fucking kitchen, made worse by the fact that the current tenants were sitting in the living room glaring at us as we tried to be unobtrusive and the walls were festooned with someone's "congrats on your kill count" Blackwater plaques) and I have frequently joked that our laundry sink is straight out of Criminal Minds, but. Yours is definitely more disconcerting, lol.
