I... had no idea this game contained murder. I only got the stuck-up rich kid and the homeroom teacher. I ran out of steam before I could do the creepy infirmary doctor route.
I don't know how many endings you need to do to get the epic secret route, at a glance I didn't see anything that actually says beyond "most".
