My doctor asked me, in a totally neutral tone: "How do you feel about your degree of fitness and your body shape? I want to be very clear that I don't think there's anything wrong, I want to know how you feel about it." and that was so fucking life changing. Just like, wow, your default assumption is that I know my own status? WHAT?
