Food diary fic sounds like a great idea! I'd probably find it hard to swallow (hur) in FFVI, though, just because I figure the cuisine'd get a bit simplistic after the world gets wrecked. Then again, maybe the survivors'd get creative? Who knows! I encourage you to give writing it a try, even if it's only bite-sized (I'd promise to stop the puns, but I'd be lying).
I really wanna play Bravely Second. Being able to afford it is probably a ways off, though. (Right after I picked up another game, Zero Time Dilemma, I got hit with a fusillade of small-on-their-own-but-terrifying-en-masse one-time expenses that I'm going to have to do some financial juggling to deal with for a while. Weh!)
I've heard that Bravely Second has a different composer from the first game's -- do you think the OST's better so far? Worse? I still have some of B. Default's tracks stuck in my head from time to time.
