A friend of mine on Tumblr tried to explain that learning to use a tablet is sort of like learning to ride a bicycle in that it takes a surprising amount of time to develop a specific set of muscles and sense of balance, but that is unacceptable. I want to be instantly good at this thing with no work whatsoever, is that too much to ask.

Bastion is such a good game and I should have finished it YEARS ago because it's ADORABLE and PLEASANT and has COOL MORAL STUFF (Zulf is a 10/10 grand character, i love him, he's amazing. give him some soup and a kiss on the forehead).

BUFF HYLIA IS LIKE...the culmination of all my hylia hcs which essentially boil down to "Hylia is well intentioned but kind of an ass and also completely...socially inept. Thinks that a spiritual trial is a literal trial with instant kill robots. flies with the power of BEEFCAKE"

I was never able to get more than about five hours into Okami because of some innate defect in my character, but GODDAMN your digital landscapes are GUD.

I'm gonna stalk you now on Tumblr, it's going to be like one of those shonen action shows, but instead of being a shitty rival I will give you unconditional love and suppose, I HOPE YOU ARE READY

Omg...this made me make a horrible squeaky noise aaaaah thank you!

I LOVE okami so, so much. Everything about it from the art style to the mythology to the bit where you play as a REALLY CUTE DOGGOD... That said, it does take a very long while to really get moving! Which is a shame bc it's good...but I could do without a 17 minute cutscene, devs. please. do not do that.
