October
- I need to go ahead and post the fifteenth chapter of The Legend of the Princess. I hate it, but it needs to be done. I'm going to take tomorrow afternoon off from work to make sure this happens.
- I got invited to give a talk at Hebrew University this coming May, and I need to send them an abstract by the end of the month. I already wrote something, and I'm going to have some people look over it on Thursday so that I can send it off early on Friday morning.
- Since downloading it, I haven't opened InDesign even once, but starting on Friday evening I am going to spend at least half an hour every day putting together a zine collecting my Zelda comics from 2015 and 2016.
November
- I need to finish the fourth chapter of The Price of Wisdom. I can do this! After all, I'm already more than a thousand words into it, so it's already a third done.
- I should then go ahead and write the fifth chapter of The Price of Wisdom. I am a person who finishes things! I will not let this story die!
- I should also get started on the Yuletide fic about Final Fantasy IX. I'm actually really looking forward to this.
- I'll write more about this later, but I want to submit my essay about gender and horror somewhere else, and I already have a venue in mind. I need to do a bit of editing and put together a good pitch.
- I have an essay about fancomics based on Final Fantasy VII that I want to submit in a short version to one venue and in a longer version to another venue, so I need to edit it appropriately and come up with two pitches.
- I'm going to spend half an hour every day with InDesign, I am so serious about this. Zines will be made!! I have the information for three local printers lined up and ready to go.
December
- If I can, I want to write the sixth and final chapter of The Price of Wisdom before the end of the year.
- Once that story is good and finished, I'll write the sixteenth chapter of The Legend of the Princess.
- I'm going to liberate a chapter of my (probably failed) book project and send it to a place where it can live on its own free in the wild.
- I want to get some artists together and do a Wind Waker zine. I'll launch the project in January, but a lot of prepwork needs to be done in advance.
