I don't know what this says about me as a person, but I fucking love footnotes, and I think I'd like to try this out. Most of my fic actually already contains footnotes, but they're for my eyes only. It might be a fun experiment to incorporate my weird shitpost-style notes into the actual final draft of one of my stories.
As a side note, the author of this post mentions Terry Pratchett but confesses to never having read any of his work. That is such a mood, honestly. I know that people who love Terry Pratchett really love Terry Pratchett, but I have to admit that the only thing he's written that actually moved and inspired me was co-authored by Neil Gaiman.
