rynlingOne of my goals for 2020 was to get a corgi puppy, which is something my husband has wanted since he was a kid. It took a while longer than expected, but last month we finally got a corgi puppy.
This puppy is very sweet but, unfortunately, very smart. It took her all of fifteen days to figure out how to open her crate from the inside.
I know this sounds cute, and it is. What it means, however, is that when someone says, "Hey, I'm driving down from Boston to DC, can I stop over at your place," we have to say, "Sure, come on over, the door is open, but you should know that everything in this apartment is covered in puppy pee."
Once she leaves behind the "bite everything" puppy phase, though, I think she's going to be a very good dog.
