On one hand, this Elden Ring fan art is a spoiler. One the other hand, nothing in Elden Ring makes any fucking sense, so the concept of "spoilers" doesn't hold much water. Probably most people who have played the game won't understand what this illustration is depicting.
I'm not fully sure I can explain it myself, but here goes: Rennala, the (former headmistress??) of the Raya Lucaria magic academy, was married to Radagon, who is the brother of Queen Marika, the (vessel??) of the Elden Ring. Except! Marika and Radagon are the same person, somehow. I'm not sure how this is supposed to work - something about the same soul being split between two bodies - but I choose to interpret it as Gay Gay Homosexual Gay.
In other words: They're lesbians, Harold.
