Also the movie has an article in the NYT lmao.
Obviously I don't think you should send death threats to random artists on Tumblr, but I sort of understand what the "unreality" people are upset about. My family used to do this sort of thing to me all the time, by which I mean I would ask a sincere question and they wouldn't give me a straight answer. Like, to this day I don't know whether I've had an appendectomy. True story! I understand my situation is a bit of an extreme case, but still, it's hard to deny that teasing someone who's having trouble might ruin what would otherwise be a fun joke. So I get it, but there's no need for Tumblr circa 2018 behavior.
