rynlingI just had a terrible idea:
So none of the Zeldas have mothers, right? None of them. Every princess in Hyrule is a Zelda, supposedly the vessel for (or reincarnation of) the sky goddess Hylia. And Hylia can only be in one body at a time. So what this means is that getting pregnant is essentially a death sentence for Zelda.
And if a Zelda doesn't die naturally after childbirth? That's what the Sheikah are for.
I just had another terrible idea:
I bet I could use this conceit to write really interesting porn.
