Hollow Knight, Part Two

rynlingOne of my favorite things about Hollow Knight is that it has a dark(er than average) area whose theme is simply: Spiders.
Or, more appropriately: Horrible Spiders. :)
There's also a hidden boss called Nosk at the bottom of the area whose theme is: The Worst Spider.
You gain access to this area around the middle of the game, but it's also one of your final destinations. It's a maze, so you spend a lot of time there. This time is interspersed with jump scares, each more creative and terrible than the last.
I don't want to make this game seem edgy, because it's not, but goddamn. Those sure are some spiders.
