Honestly though... New Jersey has higher property taxes than Maryland. Idk how anyone can afford to go around stabbing people in that state. I was watching the American remake of the Japanese horror film Dark Water the other day, and it's supposed to be set in one of the "dangerous" highrise residential areas of Jersey City. Which is funny, because even ten years ago, I don't know how that ghost can afford to spend so much time haunting people. The rent isn't going to pay itself.

Then again, there are many things about New Jersey that I do not know. It's a very mysterious place.
